The
body sleeps, the heart sleeps, the mind sleeps-but you remain alert because you
are nothing else but alertness. Everything else is else identification.

Zen Says:
Zen wants everybody to be a glory unto himself. It is not an
achievement, it is not competition, it is simply originality. And the
originality is already there, you have just have to through away all the
rubbish that you have been collecting from others. However valuable it may be,
it is destroying your original being, covering it with dust, and you will never
be happy unless you find your original being the very finding of your original
being is such a dance, such a joy, that you can bless the whole world yet you
will remain overflowing
Bhagvan Maharishi
Says:
If you are not the body and do not have the idea” I am the
doer”, the consequences of your good or bad actions will not affect you. Why do
you say about the actions the body performs “I do this” or “I did that”? As
long as you identify yourself with the body like that you are affected by the
consequences of the actions, that is to say, while you identify with the body
you accumulate good and bad karma
Sri Sri Says:
Q: What is an “Enlightened Action”?
A: It means that you have become so full that action is
happening from the source of joy, and not expecting joy or enjoyment from or as
a result of it. You have done what you had to do and you will do what you have
to do. See that action as a smooth, uninterrupted flow without hindrances.
There is no more judging in the mind. It does not wonder if the right action is
being done, not doubting if something wrong is being done. It sees the flow of
action with a smile. Because there is no intention deep below to rejoice or to
find enjoyment out of that action. You do these as an expression of your Being.
And then alone you can move into happiness, move in happiness and move happiness
all around you.
Buddha Says:
The foot feels the foot when it feels the ground.
Meditation Says:
A Calm mind is not disturbed by the waves of thoughts. Calm
the winds of your thoughts, and there will be no waves on the ocean of your
mind.
Gita Says:
Sattwa ataches to happiness, Rajas to action, while Tamas,
shrouding knowledge, attaches to heedlessness only.
Jesus Says:
Peace be unto you
