Sadguru Says :

Yoga means union. To be in a sate of yoga means to be complete within yourself

OSHO Says:

Listen. Watch. Be Aware. And by and by a different quality of being arises in you which is neither the body not the feelings nor the thoughts. A different pillar of flame starts gathering within you and becomes more and  more crystallized. As this awareness becomes crystallized, for the first time you will feel more and more than you are -- the feeling of being. And then moods will become more and more irrelevant. They will come and go, but you will remain unperturbed. the climate will change around you, but you will remain unchanged. whatsoever happens on the outside will not in any way change you within. The within remains absolutely pure and uncorrupted

Jiddu Krishnamurthy ( JK) Says:

If you begin to understand what you are without trying to change it, then what you are undergoing is a transformation

Bhagvan Ramana Maharishi  Says:

There is no other way to succeed than to draw the mind back every time it turns outwards and fix it in the self

Sri Sri Says:

Unfortunate are those who cry for the world. Fortunate are those who cry for the divine. Unwise are those who make you cry for the world. Wise are those who make you cry for the divine. The source of conflict is the division of " mine" and " yours". Knowledge eases the sense of limited belongingness and resolves this conflict. It is amazing when knowledge dawns in you that there is no stranger in  the whole world!. At the same time, the nearest one remains unknown to you.

Buddha Says :
No one saves us but ourselves. No one can and no one may. We ourselves must walk the path

Meditation Says :

Thus mediating you will no longer strive to build yourself up in your prejudices, but, forgetting self, you will remember only that you are seeking the truth

Bhagvad Gita Says:

Having restrained all the senses, even-minded everywhere, intent on the welfare of all beings- verily they also come unto Me.

Zen Says:

I love the statement that the " man of Zen walks in Zen and sits in Zen" for the simple reason that meditation cannot be just a part of your life. You cannot make a fragment of your life meditative; it is not possible to be meditative for one hour and then non-meditative for twenty-three hours. It is absolutely impossible. If you are doing that, that means your meditation is false

Jesus Says:

Let not your heart be troubled. You believe in God.

Swami Vivekananda Says:

Our duty is to encourage every one in his struggle to live up to his own highest idea, and strive at the same time to make the ideal as near as possible to the truth.
